These labels can be used in meeting the requirements of United States FDA Food Code, Section 4-703.11 (B). The waterproof indicators include an area on each label for recording the test date and tester’s initials using a permanent marker. Labels feature a temperature sensitive element that gives a simple white to black color change at its rated temperature.
